Welcome to the B.I.T SMS Updates text messaging program (the “Program”), operated by B.I.T Billionaires in Training™ LLC (“B.I.T,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1.     Program Name and Description

Program Name: B.I.T SMS Updates

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring text messages from B.I.T at the mobile number you provide. Message types may include:

  • Event invitations and reminders
  • Post event follow ups and thank you messages
  • Promotional offers and partner deals
  • Account or appointment notifications

Message frequency varies based on event activity and your engagement with B.I.T, and may be up to eight messages per month. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or event registration.

2.     Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from B.I.T to unsubscribe. After you send the STOP message, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in.

3.     Rejoining Instructions

If you opt out and later wish to rejoin, reply START to the same message thread, or resubmit your mobile number through our website at billionairesintraining.com, an event registration form, or another official B.I.T sign up form.

4.     Help Instructions

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message from B.I.T, or contact us directly at (800) 463-2134 or info@billionairesintraining.com.

5.     Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers participating in this Program are not liable for damages arising from or relating to message delay, message failure, content of messages sent or received, or any other issue connected to the use of the Program.

6.     Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Program, as provided by your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless carrier with any questions regarding your text or data plan.

7.     Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Program will be used and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8.     Compliance with Industry Standards

This Program is operated in accordance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the messaging guidelines of participating wireless carriers. The Program supports most major United States wireless carriers; availability is not guaranteed on all networks or devices.

9.     Legal Compliance

This Program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable federal and state laws governing text message communications. No mobile information collected through the Program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

B.I.T may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
