B.I.T Billionaires in Training™ LLC was born of a desire to help empower the self-made entrepreneurs, the ones who build their business from nothing. We want to help these businesses with the resources they need so they don’t have to do everything on their own. We also wanted to improve on the traditional, boring networking meetings.

Glenn Hong founded B.I.T. When he first started out in business in his early 20s, he had no mentors or connections; he found out later that most of his challenges could have been overcome by not having to do everything himself. We wanted to create a strategic network to help connect entrepreneurs to the experts and resources he didn’t have and he wanted to bring entrepreneurs together in a different way than what was out there, which were mostly forced and awkward interactions. Ultimately, the goal was to create a carefree and fun environment where entrepreneurs could let loose and be their real selves to get to know each other. 

Recognizing this, he founded B.I.T and set out to redefine how entrepreneurs come together. The mission was clear: create a one-stop shop for businesses to get all the help they needed and to have a space where entrepreneurs could be their genuine selves, free from the pressure of scripted interactions. The vision is to continue to expand this network by forging more alliances and fostering a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere that encourages meaningful conversations, real relationships, and lasting collaborations.

Many obstacles in entrepreneurship stem not from lack of talent or drive, but from the absence of a strong network to lean on.
